Hi everyone, I'm Stephanie and I'm the Head of Customer Success here at Linked Automate. Today, I'm going to guide you through how Linked Automate can help you revolutionize your LinkedIn outreach efforts. In this training, we’ll walk through how to download and register in our app, how to create a multi-messaging sequence, and explore the essential features of Linked Automate.

To get started, simply click on either of the two buttons available on our website to add the Linked Automate Chrome extension to your browser. These buttons will redirect you to the Chrome Web Store, where you can easily download the extension. Once downloaded, registration is quick and easy. Click on the sign-up button or use your Google email for faster registration. After registering, you'll receive a pop-up message guiding you to connect your LinkedIn account. Confirm the email address associated with your LinkedIn profile, then click on “Connect with LinkedIn.” Your account will now be fully set up and ready to use.

Setting up your Linked Automate account is incredibly simple. One key functionality that sets us apart is that Linked Automate is the first Chrome extension that allows you to run messaging, engagement, or auto-invite campaigns without needing LinkedIn open in your browser. Once started, campaigns run continuously in the background until your daily limit is reached, then automatically resume the next day, ensuring consistent and effective outreach.

Now, let’s explore the campaign section, which offers four powerful options. The first campaign type is "Grow Your Network," which allows you to send personalized LinkedIn connection invites. The second is "Send Messages," which enables you to create multi-message sequences to engage your target audience. The third option is "View Profiles," where you can view the profiles of your audience and endorse the skills of your first-degree connections. The last option is "Auto-Like, Share, and Comment," which lets you interact with your audience’s posts by liking, sharing, or commenting.

Let’s dive deeper into the "Send Messages" campaign. You can create a multi-sequence messaging campaign starting with a custom introductory message and adding as many follow-up messages as needed with custom time delays between each. You can exclude users from previous campaigns or apply filters using specific keywords found in LinkedIn profiles. The platform also allows you to customize the daily message limit and the delay between actions. Once your campaign is fully tailored, click Save and activate it from the Campaign Manager, and it will begin running automatically. Other campaign types function similarly, though the customization options will vary depending on the campaign's purpose.

Another exceptional feature is the Advanced LinkedIn CRM. It allows you to organize your leads by tagging, filtering, visiting profiles, or even disconnecting from connections without leaving the app. You can hide or unhide contacts, add notes to profiles, and filter by tags, notes, industries, connection degree, or company, helping you build well-organized lead lists quickly and efficiently.

Finally, we have the Advanced LinkedIn Messenger. This tool brings all your LinkedIn conversations into one convenient view. You can sort your inbox using filters like connection type, email presence, or specific campaigns. You can also save message templates for quick responses. On the right side of the screen, the contact card provides a timeline of your interactions, and you can easily add or remove tags and notes for better contact management.
