To access the CRM, you need to click on the CRM button in the menu. Once inside, you will see all your LinkedIn connections and leads organized in a more structured way, allowing you to manage them as you prefer. You’ll be able to view personal information such as full name, title, company, and location.
Under the "Actions" section, you have several options: you can view a connection’s LinkedIn profile, refresh their information in the CRM, add or view notes, hide or unhide them from your CRM, and even disconnect from them directly—without visiting their LinkedIn profile.
You can filter your connections by connection degree, tags, notes, industry, date added (newest or oldest), or by name. If you're looking for a specific person, company, or industry, use the search bar and type in keywords—for example, “marketing specialist.” After entering the keywords, only the connections that match will appear.
At the top of your CRM, you'll see a summary of new contacts, total connections made, and leads generated from your LinkedIn automated campaigns. What we love most about our CRM is how it helps you keep track of both existing and new connections—enabling a more structured and effective follow-up strategy.
